Conceived through the eyes of the client, CoreLink was founded in
1980. Our mission was to focus on our clients, our staff and our flexible
workforce. We used our extensive human resource experience to help
clients implement staffing strategies that would increase productivity,
control costs and intensify core business focus. We provided a workplace
for our staff that offered fun, growth and decision-making authority.
And we offered flexible lifestyle choices to our workforce by providing
cutting edge workstyle opportunities.
Three core philosophies have been instrumental in establishing CoreLinks
strategic direction:
A focus on specialty niche markets
The companys staffing services are divided into three specialty
niches: Office Administration (CoreLink), Human Resources (HRLink),
and Accounting and Finance (AcctgLink). We provide a broad spectrum
of staffing services in each niche including short- and long-term
assignments, contract positions and placement services. A high level
of expertise in these niches allows us to better service our clients.
The development of a Network Organization
Senior management is at the center of the organization and establishes
the focus, culture and structure of the company. We, along with other
leaders and support staff, provide the training, development and entrepreneurial
mindset that enable front line staff to become experts at knowing
and servicing clients and making effective decisions.
The introduction of E-recruiting and E-servicing technologies
Extensive interactive web site services have greatly enhanced convenience
and value for our clients and flexible workforce.
