401(k) Plan

HRLink’s Savings, Investment and Profit Sharing Plan enables eligible employees to save money through payroll deduction, lower federal and state taxes, build financial security and defer taxes on investment earnings. Since the program’s inception in 1993, over 25% of eligible employees have participated. An employee is eligible to participate in the plan after one year of employment, and at least 1,000 hours of service for that year.

Holiday Pay


Paid Holidays include President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. To be eligible, employees must complete 480 hours in the 13 consecutive weeks prior to the holiday week. Cannot exceed 40 hours per week.

Free Software Skills Training


HRLink provides access to free NETg software skills training on Office 2000 (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).

Entertainment Discounts

Discount coupons to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times and Six Flags Magic Mountain are available upon request to all HRLink employees.

Credit Union Membership

As members of Orange County’s Credit Union, our employees can take advantage of interest-bearing and free checking accounts, low-interest loans, investment opportunities, free traveler’s checks, Costco membership eligibility...and much more.

Paycheck Delivery

At client sites with five or more HRLink placements, a HRLink representative will pick up time cards on Mondays and drop off paychecks on Fridays.

CoreTime

Employees are able to submit timecards online while on assignment at participating clients.

Direct Deposit

For assignments lasting three months or longer, employees may have paychecks deposited directly into their bank accounts.
