Privacy Policy

We want to ensure the privacy of any personal information acquired through our interaction with you. To protect your information all HRLink employees abide by the following privacy policy.

1) Type of data collected - HRLink collects information about its prospective clients, clients, applicants and employees (“Users”) through various means, including on-line forms, application for employment, request for employee forms, promotions, newsletters, sales force leads, conferences and tradeshows. The information collected could include a User’s name, title, e-mail address, IP address, phone and/or fax number, and business address.

2) How information is used - The information HRLink obtains is used for contact, business generation and hiring purposes only.
HRLink obtains this data in order to keep the latest User information on file for billing, support and marketing purposes. This information is not sold or distributed to anyone outside of the company.

3) How information is not used -
HRLink makes the commitment that information we collect about our Users will never be sold, rented or distributed to third party marketers unless required by law (e.g. subpoena).

4) Benefits to User - The data that is collected by
HRLink is primarily used to benefit the User. Data acquired may lead to employment by HRLink or used to recognize you as a valued User. For example, granting you premier customer service or additional incentives as recognition of a User’s loyalty to HRLink. We may also use this information to invite a User to an upcoming event or to give you advance notice of new corporate or service information.

5) Options to User -
HRLink recognizes that even with these policies in place, Users may not want their information to be used for any reason. HRLink will honor those wishes and will act as follows: all e-mails we send to our database will always have an <unsubscribe> option at the bottom of the message. If we receive a User notification to unsubscribe, we will remove the User’s name from the database, except those that are required as part of our customer service (e.g. customer support). In addition, Users may call 949-224-1870 or send an e-mail to info@hrlinkstaffing.com and request that their name be removed from our distribution lists.

6) How to change personal information - If a User is interested in receiving e-mail or other notices from
HRLink, but wishes to change their contact information the User can do so by calling us at 949-224-1870 or sending an e-mail to info@hrlinkstaffing.com.

7) Disclosure of information to the courts – In certain circumstances, such as cases involving wage garnishment,
HRLink may be subpoenaed to provide private information. HRLink is required by law to disclose the requested information to the courts.

8) Executive responsibility - The
HRLink executive who has overall responsibility for policies set forth is Linda Haesler, President. It is Ms. Haesler’s responsibility to ensure that all confidential User data is properly handled and must answer to the User if there is a complaint.

9) Company Liability -
HRLink will do its best to ensure that no data is mis-filed, or entered incorrectly into a database. HRLink will rectify the error immediately upon notification.

10) Specific procedures - If the User does not want
HRLink to store personal data, we ask that an executive of the company send an e-mail or letter to Ms. Haesler, President of HRLink, stating their request and the reasons for it. We will be glad to honor this request if submitted in writing. We ask that it be given in writing so that we have a formal copy on file for future reference.

We trust that this privacy policy meets with our Users expectations.
HRLink may modify this document to reflect legal or technological changes, but this will in no way affect the overall policies that are set forth.
