to CoreTime
Interactive Automated Timecard Processing
This is your link to automated timecard processing.
Simply review the following Employee Agreement, click on the “I
Agree” button and enter your daily hours. CoreTime
automatically tallies the hours, the information is sent to your manager
for approval, then HRLink receives the approved timesheets and issues
you a check for the appropriate amount.
Required
Information:
- Your Office ID
- Your Assignment ID
- Last 4 digits of your social security number
Important
Information:

If you change departments, please contact HRLink immediately so
you can receive a new work order number.

All timecards must be input each week by 9:00pm, Sunday. If you
do not input your timecard on time, please contact your HRLink
representative.

You may enter your time each day, or all at once at the end of
the week. Remember, you must click submit to save any hours that
you have entered.
CoreTime Employee Agreement:

Overtime
Policy:
Any hourly
paid HRLink employee entitled to overtime pay will be compensated
based on the following:
One
and one-half base pay rate (straight overtime):

Over 8 hours of work in a workday

Over 40 hours of work in a workweek

The first 8 hours of work on the 7th day of work
Double
the base pay rate (double-time):

Over 12 hours of work in a workday

Over 8 hours of work on a 7th day
Holiday
Pay Policy:
To be eligible for holiday pay, an employee must have accrued 480
hours in the 13 consecutive weeks prior to the holiday. The 13th week ends the Sunday prior to the holiday. Total weekly hours counted toward eligibility can not exceed 40 hours per week.
Paid Holidays Include:
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day, or
- New Year's Day
As a service
to our employees, our accounting department tracks your hours accrued
and will automatically issue holiday pay upon eligibility. There
is no need for you to input holiday hours on your timecard unless
you actually worked the day of the holiday.
